SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your product will be shipped by courier or freight company depending on your selection of goods. Shipping details will be emailed to you allowing you to track your order using the carrier’s website.

If you think your goods are damaged in any way, or are incorrect, please contact us immediately, either by phone or email, to let us know.
If the goods have arrived damaged, we will either replace those damaged goods freight free, or refund you the amount equal to the goods that are damaged.
Although very rare, if you have received good that do not match your order, we will have the incorrect item picked up, and have the correct item/s sent to you
immediately, freight free of course.
Unused but still saleable goods, complete in their original packaging may be returned to us for a full refund for up to 1 week after purchase, excluding
any item that was specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications.
Receipts must be provided. Any refunds of Unwanted Goods will exclude the cost of freight. However replacement goods will be sent to you freight free.
This does NOT alter or reduce your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
It is an additional benefit to Bioworks customers.

Like every retailer we require proof of purchase for returns. Ideally, this will be a copy of your receipt. If you can’t find your receipt but have made your purchase on your account, we can usually bring up your purchase details on our system
